How much does a glass of water weigh?
It depends how long you hold it.
Sometimes it feels too hard — too much, too difficult, too painful, too overwhelming. Maybe it's grief. Maybe it’s burnout. Maybe you’ve just held on for too long.
When life gets heavy, it's wise and brave to reach out for support — and that’s where I come in.
I'm an integrative counsellor offering a safe, confidential space to explore what's happening for you. The basis of my approach is "person-centred", which means I'll meet you with warmth and without judgement. I'll aim to see the world through your eyes and help you navigate what you're going through, while offering the perspective of a trained, experienced and empathetic counsellor.
I love to untangle things — the stories we tell ourselves, the patterns we repeat, the beliefs we've carried since childhood. Together we can look at what's underneath, figure out what you want to keep, and how to let go of what no longer serves you.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent 27 years in leadership and coaching roles — supporting people through pressure, conflict, and change. That experience taught me about resilience, breaking points, and the difference it makes to have someone truly listen.
Ultimately, my aim is to help you feel steadier, clearer, and more at home in yourself.
